My mission is to provide a safe, compassionate space where individuals and couples can explore problems, challenge unhelpful patterns, learn how to make powerful changes, and find with what truly matters. Guided by evidence-based practices and the belief that secure, supportive relationships are essential for healing, I help clients develop the skills and emotional resilience to navigate life’s challenges, honor their values, and create deeper, more meaningful connections with themselves and others.

​At Whispering Woods Counseling, LLC, I provide a listening ear, compassionate care, and quality counseling services to help you identify what's holding you back from finding true peace and happiness and help you decide when and how to make changes in your life. I specialize in helping people heal from a sense of general dissatisfaction with life, difficulty finding healthy relationships, a lack of direction or hope, and current symptoms of anxiety, depression, relationship trauma, or addiction, especially within the context of growing up in a home where abuse, addiction or mental health problems were present.
 I offer both in-person and online sessions on Fridays and Saturdays to fit busy schedules. ​
